All content on the Offcuts website is protected by copyright law. Any use for such purposes must properly credit the artist or the author. Offcuts sends occasional emails to let you know about items we believe will be of interest to you if you register with us. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please send a removal request to us.

PAYMENT
offcuts.store accepts all major credit and debit cards (no cheques or money orders are accepted, sorry). All payments are processed by Stripe in pounds sterling. This site is secure and protected by government approved firewalls. Your credit card details cannot be obtained by any other party.

SHIPPING
We do not make profit from our shipping, everything is calculated when you check out. If you have any questions about shipping, please ask and we can help.

UK: All deliveries are sent with royal mail first class.
EUROPE: Airmail standard with a delivery time of approximately 3-6 working days.
WORLDWIDE: Airmail standard with a delivery time of approximately 5-10 working days.

DAMAGE AND LOSS
If your product is damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact Royal Mail who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Email hello@offcuts.store immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action. Once the product has been dispatched to the Royal Mail, risk of loss passes to the customer. Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service, the risk of loss passes to you. If you have not received your goods within 20 days you must email hello@offcuts.store and we will advise on a course of action.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase then please get in touch. We are happy for you to return item/s within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. Once we receive your item/s we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
